Online  is your connection - your "link" to the exciting world of law and technology which will enhance your practice and your performance as a legal professional.  The idea of Online originated with a lawyer who recognized the importance of computer use in the  practice of law.  To insure that he, as well as all TCBA members, were not left standing alone, this  tool was developed to assist in your Internet travel.  Therefore, our Association has confirmed the importance of efficiency and accessibility offered by these technological advances.
