Subject: Local Rules Update
Please find enclosed the revised local
rules and forms for the Eleventh District Court of Appeals which we ask
that you publish for comment. This Court will receive comments of the
rule revisions through May 1, 2013. All comments should be made in
writing and directed to me at: 111 High Street, N.E., Warren, OH 44481,
or at
lcireland@11thappealohio.us.
The following local rules have been
modified: 7(E)(1), 11.1(C), 16(A), and 21(C).
The revised local rules and forms shall be
effective as of July 1, 2013. After that date, the revised rules
and forms will be posted on our website at
www.11thcourt.co.trumbull.oh.us.
